Before founding Strategic Maverick, Sophie successfully managed a diverse team of over 160 engineers, product managers, and developers, overseeing a substantial $1.6 billion budget. This hands-on experience forms the foundation of her practical expertise and performance management abilities, developed over the years in various leadership roles.

Sophie's approach to life and leadership is multidisciplinary, combining human-centric management (PMP Certified), neuroscience (patent holder), system thinking (Master’s degree in System Engineering), and organizational development (Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership). Beyond being a curious learner, she works tirelessly as an advocate for cultivating psychologically safe cultures that empower engagement, innovation, and transformation both on individual and organizational levels.
